Support

Help from people who
built the thing.

There is no support tier of outsourced agents reading from a script. When you email us, the reply comes from someone who works on the platform and can actually fix what you have found.

Response targets

What we commit to,
by plan.

These are contractual targets, referenced in our Terms of Service. First response means a human replying with an assessment, not an automated acknowledgement.

Critical incidents — all plansAny channel1 hour24/7
Being straight about scale. We are a small team supporting a small number of agencies. That is exactly why these targets are achievable right now — and we would rather publish targets we hit than enterprise-sounding numbers we miss. If we ever cannot meet them, we will tell you before you notice, not after.
How we triage

Severity levels,
and what happens at each.

You do not need to assign a severity yourself — just describe the impact and we will classify it. If we get it wrong, say so and we will re-triage.

Critical · P1
The platform is down or data is at risk

Nobody can log in, student data is inaccessible or visibly incorrect, or there is a suspected security breach.

  • 1-hour response, 24/7, on every plan
  • Work starts immediately and continues until resolved
  • Updates at least every 2 hours until service is restored
  • Written post-incident review within 5 business days
High · P2
A core workflow is blocked

Assessments will not generate, documents will not upload, applications cannot be submitted, or the Student Hub is not syncing.

  • Response within your plan's target
  • Workaround provided the same day where one exists
  • Fix targeted within 3 business days
  • Daily updates until it is closed
Normal · P3
Something is wrong but you can work around it

A feature behaving oddly, a report formatting incorrectly, a validation flag that looks wrong.

  • Response within your plan's target
  • Fix scheduled into the next release cycle
  • We tell you which release it is going into
Low · P4
Questions and requests

How do I do X, please change a setting, we would like a new feature, can you add a corridor.

  • Response within your plan's target
  • Configuration changes usually done same day
  • Feature requests logged, and we tell you honestly whether it is likely
Getting a faster answer

What to include
when something breaks.

Most delay in support is one round-trip asking for detail. Five lines at the start usually saves a day.

Please do not email us passwords, and do not paste a student's passport or bank statement into a ticket. Give us the student reference number — we can look up the record ourselves without you sending sensitive documents by email.
A GOOD BUG REPORT
1
What you were trying to do
"Generating an assessment report for a student applying to Leeds for September intake."
2
What happened instead
The exact error message if there was one, or a screenshot. "It didn't work" costs us both a day.
3
When it started
First time you saw it, and whether it worked before. Anything that changed on your side that day.
4
How widespread it is
One student or every student? One counsellor or the whole team? One browser or all of them?
5
The student reference
The reference number from the record — not the student's documents or personal details.
Onboarding and training

The first four weeks
are on us.

Included in your one-time setup fee. There are no hourly consulting bills attached to any of this.

Week 1
Configuration and migration

Your corridors, qualification threshold, document checklists and branding are set up. Existing student records and documents are migrated by us.

Week 2
Channels connected

WhatsApp Business, email, calendars and any CRM integration are wired up and tested against real message flow.

Week 3
Counsellor training

Live sessions on your own cases rather than demo data, plus recorded walkthroughs your team can revisit and use for new starters.

Week 4
Go live, watched

You run on the platform properly while we monitor daily and fix friction as it appears. Then a review at the end of the month.

Ongoing training

New counsellor joining? We will run a session for them at no charge. That does not stop after onboarding — training your people is not an upsell.

Quarterly reviews

Included on Scale. We look at what you are actually using, what is being ignored, and where the remaining manual work is.

Release notes

Every change to the platform is emailed to account admins before it ships. Nothing changes under your team without warning.

Service status

When something is
wrong, we say so.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. When we miss it, service credits are available under section 11 of our Terms of Service — you do not have to argue for them.

Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours ahead and runs outside UK business hours. Unplanned incidents are posted as we work on them, including the ones where the cause turns out to be embarrassing.

A live status page with historical uptime is coming with Phase 2. Until then, incidents are communicated by email to account admins and this panel is updated manually.

Common support questions

Before you email

No, and this is deliberate. Students are your clients, not ours — the platform is white-labelled and they should never learn we exist. If a student does reach us somehow, we will not discuss their case; we will refer them to you and let you know within three business days. The one exception is a data protection request, which we handle as described in our Privacy Policy.
Correct the field manually in the record — it takes seconds and unblocks you immediately. Then send us the student reference and the field that was wrong. Extraction errors feed directly into how we tune the document reader, and misreads on a specific document type or issuing country are exactly what we need to hear about. Do not email us the document itself.
If you have a spare seat, your account admin adds them from settings immediately. If you are at your seat limit, email us and we will add the seat the same business day and bill it pro-rata. We will not hold up your hiring over a billing cycle.
We can generate your quarterly AQF self-assessment and a university-specific evidence pack, and we will walk you through reading them. What we cannot do is act as your compliance consultant or represent you to a university — that is your relationship and your responsibility. See the AQF compliance page for what the monitoring does and does not cover.
From settings, at any time, without asking us. Student records export as CSV, documents in their original formats. If you need a full workspace export or a specific structure for another system, email support and we will produce it — including if you are leaving. Your export rights survive any disagreement about billing.
Critical incidents are covered 24/7 on every plan. Everything else runs on UK business hours, extended to 08:00–20:00 on Scale. We know that is awkward if your team works India or Gulf hours, and extended coverage is planned alongside the MarketIQ launch in Phase 2. We are not going to claim we have it before we do.
Please tell us at security@admitai.io rather than disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge within 24 hours, keep you updated, and we will not take legal action against anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith. If your finding is material we will credit you, publicly or privately, whichever you prefer.
